scrapbook room

The ongoing project in my life remains my craft room organization, craft organization, craft storage if only I had these organizers to help! I am not quite sure just how long this project will take, especially with a little one always under feet. I have high hopes and dreams for a beautiful retreat where I can scrap and dream, but we will see just when all of this lovely organization actually gets completed. It really has always been my dream to have this type of scrapbooking furniture and craft room furniture We will see. For now, instead of dreaming about winning the furniture I will dream about winning a STEP2 playset for my little VERY BUSY boy's First Birthday from Vanilla Joy That alone would keep him entertained long enough for me to get at least a page or two done :-)

First Birthday Plans

Andrew's big FIRST birthday is a little over a week away, so I have been busy trying to get decorations ready. Everything is based off of the theme from his onesie. Cupcakes.

I also decided to celebrate his growth throughout the year (my how they change), by making cupcakes to represent each month with a picture of him during that month!

CK Scrapbook Convention Portland

Lea and I have a tradition of heading to the Portland Scrapbook Convention. This year is was right near by birthday, so we had a wonderful time! We took great classes and got tons of new ideas! I am finishing my project from the class, "Life's Lyrics". I will post photos once I have completed the album!
